Hi, I am Anna I am a chef and a food tour guide in Napoli. I will welcome you at your arrival in my little new b&b Partenope 10 and I will be available for any info you need to plan your trip and your stay here in Napoli. --The apartment is called b&b PARTENOPE 10. It is certified by the local authority. Partenope 10 is situated in Napoli in via Santo Stefano 9, in the nice Vomero area. It is in an area very loved by Neapolitan people, because the area it is safe, very well connected and there are very good restaurants, pubs, bakeries, the best ice cream in town, but most of all the best Neapolitan pizzerie, authentic and not tourists traps. 8 minutes walk from the house there is also the popular Via A. Falcone for the Neapolitan "night life" and a very interesting pedestrial shopping area (via Scarlatti, Via Luca Giordano). These are the main attractions in the area: ■Saint Elmo Castle (its roof top is a "must" if you come to visit Napoli) because the view is 360°and you can see all: Napoli, the vulcan Vesuvio, Capri, Ischia, Procida, Sorrento. ■San Martino Museum ■Ceramic Museums ■the lively Antignano street market, very popular for clothes. ■the very nice pedestrial shopping area (via Scarlatti, Via Luca Giordano) ■typical restaurants (i will give you a list). ■the best pizzerie in town (i will give you info) ■Floridiana Garden with its terraces on the gulf of Napoli. _______________ ROOMS: The rooms are new (November 2023). The rooms are 2, each room has its own private bathroom, complete and with a big shower. --One very large room can welcome 4 people). It has 1 comfortable double bed and 1 sofa that becomes bed for 2 and its bathroom. --One standard room has a comfortable double bed and its bathroom. In each room there is : wifi, air conditioning (hot/cold), big smart tv, hairdryer, linen, towels, fridge. A kit for a self breakfast: kettle, Nescafe' coffee, tea, Nespresso Machine with a special Neapolitan coffee, cookies, brioches, packed orange juice. Very near the house there iare many coffee shops and bakeries, like Chalet Ciro, where you can enjoy the iconic "graffa" made in front of you, or the typical "sfogliatella" cake that is the symbol of Napoli togheter with the pizza. The apartment will be furnished with a full kitchen on 20 December 2023. All around the apartment there are many typical restaurants to experience the local flavors. But i will tell you about the best local food to have the most authentic experience. _______________ How to move: To reach the historical centre from the b&b: ▪take FUNICOLARE (cable car), from Piazza Fuga, you will arrive in the historical centre, in Toledo. (The walk to reach the cable car in Piazza Fuga is very nice because you will cross the best area for shopping in Napoli that is also pedestrial). ▪ or take METRO line 1 (Quattro Giornate station or Vanvitelli station) takes you in the historical centre (exit Dante or Toledo). ▪ In case you like to walk, from the Saint Elmo castle...there are lots of pedestrian typical streets/stairs (used by horses and dunkies centuries ago), to reach the historical centre by walking, exploring the historical Napoli. These walks are called PETRAIO and PEDAMENTINA and they are a walk in the typical Napoli with view. ▪︎from/to the airport: Taxi ▪︎from /to the train station taxi or metro. ~~~if you need a garage it is possible to parking the car in Garage Santo Stefano in via Santo Stefano, 19.
