In 1960, with their shared love and passion for creating sweet delicacies, Carmine De Girolamo and Fiorentina Masi founded Pasticceria De Girolamo. To this day, the patisserie is renowned for its sweet treats, thanks to the couple’s three sons, Federico, Giovanni and Francesco.
