PUOK is a take away hamburger, with two locations in Naples (Vomero and Spaccanapoli) founded in 2016 from the gastronomic genius of food blogger Egidio Cerrone aka @puokemed. The whole format is centered on a modern mix of taste and communication, finds inspiration in pop culture, cinema and music, and blends a nerdy soul with memories of grandma's recipes.
