The Hotel Savoia boasts the distinction of having been the first hotel in Procida, frequented since the 1930s by literary figures and artists, called Pensione Bellavista and then over the years maintaining the traditional and picturesque atmosphere of the hotel of other times, thanks to the Massa family who, with care for the culinary tradition, managed it with the same dedication as a family home. Among its many guests it also boasts some illustrious names, in the 1950s, such as Alberto Moravia, Elsa Morante, Tina Pica. Recently the hotel has been renovated, preserving in many details the architectural tradition typical of the buildings of Procida, such as the large vaulted arches and the Mediterranean pastel colors.
