Antica Villa del Conte is an exclusive location located within the natural park of the Palude del Conte just 200m from the splendid sea of ​​the Bay of Porto Cesareo, the pride of Salento. The structure refers to the rural architectural tradition typical of Salento, with large rooms covered with star vaults, tuff masonry, white lime plaster. The 2000 square meters of private park enclose dry stone walls and vegetation typical of the Mediterranean scrub, a small pine forest with Aleppo pines and eucalyptus trees. ANTICA VILLA DEL CONTE is located a few minutes from the crystalline waters of the Ionian Sea, which combined with the Mediterranean scrub of the natural park, become a constant panorama of every room of the structure. The Villa offers two large sea view apartments. The Amaranto apartment located on the ground floor (120sqm), consists of three double bedrooms, living area with double sofa bed, kitchen equipped for 8 guests with oven and two complete bathrooms with shower. The ground floor apartment also has a large outdoor area facing the sea, for the exclusive use of the park, equipped with a table, umbrella and chairs where you can eat with friends or spend relaxing moments. There is also an external shower and a laundry corner with sink and clothesline; A Weber barbecue is also available for our guests. The Agave apartment located on the first floor (110sqm), consists of two double bedrooms, a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen for 6 guests with oven and a complete bathroom with shower. all the rooms are paved with hand-painted Vietri ceramics. The apartment also has a large outdoor area with sea source, for exclusive use inside the park, equipped with table, umbrella and chairs where you can eat with friends or spend relaxing moments. There is also an external shower and a laundry corner with sink and clothesline; A Weber barbecue is also available for our guests. The sea is only 200m from the apartments and can be reached through a path through the Mediterranean scrub in a few minutes. The nearest beach (300m) is free and not very busy even during peak periods. For those who need an equipped beach, the nearby Torre Lapillo is less than 1km from the property and offers various bathing solutions.
