Tenuta Ricco was born on an ancient renovated Salento residence, it consists of two holiday homes with 5 beds each, and two rooms with 3 and 5 beds respectively. The structure can accommodate up to 18 guests in the four available accommodations, located one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. Guests can make free use of various services, including the large 90 square meter swimming pool, the fiber Wi-Fi network and reserved parking spaces in the dedicated parking area. Thanks to a photovoltaic system that produces electricity and a solar thermal system that produces domestic hot water, the structure is absolutely green and eco-sustainable. The estate is located in the very heart of Salento. It takes 20 minutes to find yourself in the alleys of Lecce to admire its baroque or papier-mâché shops. Only 15 minutes to immerse yourself in the waters of Otranto or to observe the sea from the cliffs of Castro.
