The VillaVilla Castoriana also known as “Villa di Preci” is a country-mansion from the beginning of the ’900. It’s located in Valle Castoriana at the beginning of the municipality of Preci. Its position (at the border between Marche and Umbria) is ideal to visit the untouched Valnerina area and the National Park of the Monti Sibillini with its respective villages and suburbs, and to practice sports like bicycle riding, rafting, fishing in the Nera River and walks to the hilltops.The property is completely fenced and it extends on a 8000 sqm surface. The villa is completely immersed in green, and faces a typical garden “all’italiana” with antique hedges and high shafts trees. In the backyard you may find a little hill, with a 4000 sqm garden, from where you overlook Valle Castoriana. In the backyard there is a pool (14mx7m) and a spacious outdoor furnished area which includes a solarium.The villa was restructured through a meticulous work of recuperating old materials and restoring all the architectural elements, thus preserving the original characteristics of the construction: a typical mansion house of the beginning of last century.Villa Castoriana is composed of the main villa, an annex composed of two autonomous apartments, a small building equipped with barbeque and gazebo, a car entrance with spacious parking space, and a private pool (exclusive use for guests).
