The structure is a residence of n3 independent apartments, each of about 60 square meters on two levels. On the ground floor there is the living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, complete with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and fully equipped with all the accessories for cooking. On the first floor the bedroom, double or twin beds, "en-suite" bathroom with large shower. On the ground floor there is a disabled toilet. Each apartment can accommodate 4 people. It is also possible to combine two apartments "twins" for groups of friends or large families. Free Wi-Fi Internet connection in all apartments. Free parking both in the inner courtyard and outside. The Residence is the result of a recent renovation of a portion of an old farmhouse of 1700. Nestled in the quiet countryside novarese, however, is just 5 km from a stategic junction between the A4 Milan-Turin and the A26 Voltri-Sempione, so you get fast throughout the Northwest of Italy. Milano Malpensa airport is 35 km away. Nearby it is worth mentioning the Outlets Vicolungo, the Ondaland water park, and Recetto reservoir for water skiing. Novara town just 16 km away. The beautiful lakes Orta and Maggiore about 30/40 minutes drive.
