Locanda la Raia, is a place where food is an opportunity to discover the territory, stay together and indulge in time. The kitchen is entrusted to Tommaso Arrigoni who into the menu interpret the ancient tradition of Gavi’s cuisine, a unique crossroad of Ligurian and Piedmont influences. In their dishes are the biodynamic farm products of La Raia: ancient cereals, fruit and vegetables, in addition to the meat from Fassona cows that graze pasture.
