“Casa Greppo” is a beautiful stone country house on a hill, 450 mt high, by San Venanzo, in the most traditional and least known Umbria, halfway between Perugia, Todi and Orvieto. Casa Greppo is an “Agriturismo”, the farmhouse of 20 hectares “Podere Greppo” farm (= 50 acres), among olive trees, woods and fields of wheat and sunflower, in a dominating position from which you enjoy a wonderful landscape. It offers 4 spacious and totally autonomous furnished houses, with a self catering management, completed by a large swimming pool in a panoramic position available from June to October, a solar car port with charging station and a new SPA facility dedicated to wellness and relax, available all year round that offers a heated mini pool, never ending swimming system, air geyser whirlpool, sauna, hammam, a tea corner and a toilet suitable also for disabled people.
