For breakfast only natural and seasonal products because nature knows what we need at all times of the year. Meats and cheeses from local companies are without preservatives. The jams made with fruit from local gardens and country honey is pesticide-free. The bread and desserts are home-made or come from local ovens and are prepared with the highest quality stone-ground flour.
