The house is surrounded by about 20 hectares of land with olive trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view. The old stone house was carefully restored and three inviting apartments and one annex were created. The annex is a guest house exclusively for one of the apartments. All the apartments have their own heating with methane gas, household appliances, fully-equipped kitchens, bedlinen and hand towels, crockery, cutlery and glasses. The interiors and the furnishings have been selected to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. The apartments are near each other but are completely independent. They can be rented individually or all together, providing ideal options for larger families or groups. There is a swimming pool on site for all guests. It measures 14 x 7m and has a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum depth of 1m. It is open from June to mid-September, depending on the weather. There is also a SPA, with whirlpool, sauna and hammam, it's open all year round. A large garden is also available. Rotecastello is a medieval gem with a watchtower. It is easy to get to it and the surrounding hills, valleys and other small medieval villages, away from mass tourism. For your small daily needs: The nearest center is San Venanzo, which is 1.5km away. There you can find small stores of all kinds, ATM, pharmacy, bar and restaurant/pizzeria and a church. It is also easily reached on foot in a half-hour walk. If, on the contrary, you were looking for big super markets, you will have to take your car and reach Marsciano, which is about 10km away. The farmhouse is ideally located for trekking and cycling, extensive mapping available. Reach in a short time the art centers among the most beautiful of central Italy, Perugia, Todi, Spoleto, Assisi, Montefalco and Bevagna, and many others less known but equally fascinating. Given the location, to enjoy the places to the fullest, a car is necessary, which you can easily rent at the airport of arrival. This 60 m² vacation apartment is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with armchairs and a sofa for 4 people. There is also a dining table and chairs for up to four people. The kitchen has an open fireplace, refrigerator, stove and oven. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed with a covered terrace and one with two single beds. Located within an active property of 20 hectares, the farm "Podere Greppo", among olive groves, arable land and woods, is placed in a dominant position from which you can enjoy a splendid panorama. In the foreground Rotecastello, a medieval jewel with its watchtower, all around hills, valleys, multicolored cultivated fields and many other small medieval villages absolutely outside the traditional tourist circuits. We mention, for example, Civitella dei Conti (2.5 km), a very small village on top of a hill that preserves the remains of a fortification, other small and charming villages such as Collelungo (4.5 km), Poggio Aquilone (5 km) that also offers the possibility of a hike along the Fersinone stream, Montecastello di Vibio (10 km), a small jewel, not for nothing permanent summer home of international art stages and home to the Teatro della Concordia, the smallest active public theater in the world!
