We are an organic winery devoted first of all to the respect of the land, promoting biodiversity in the field, conservation of resources and the production of quality wine without any usage of harmful substances in the field and chemical adjustments or invasive practices in the cellar. Our winery is unique for its size which at about seven thousand bottles produced yearly afford us to devote maniacal attention to all steps of production from vineyard to cellar. We are utterly committed to making wines that express our corner of Umbria as cleanly and honestly as possible. We deeply love our vineyards and the soil on which they grow. To us making wine is a way to demonstrate that. Think of each one of our bottles a message to you about our love and committment to a land whose great potential has yet to be fully discovered.
