Our dishes follow the seasons, and are made with simple ingredients that we want to remain such, so that you can taste their genuineness and their true flavour. Our typical dishes Our appetizers are served with our kitchen garden vegetables, fresh or preserved. Our first courses are made with our home-made pasta and kitchen garden vegetables. Among the meats you will find goose, pork, duck, guinea-fowl and chicken, all cooked in different ways. Rabbit has a special place in our menus, and you can taste it al coccio, au gratin with lemon, grilled, or served like tuna fish. Our cakes are very tasty, prepared with short pastry and filled with the fruit picked in the day or home-made jam. The wines, red and white, come from our vineyards.
