The Bakery "Spiga d'Oro" is a triumph of mignon and cakes of refined pastry-making, traditional and light Shortcrust pastries, delicate Chantilly Cream, Chocolate Cream, Millefoglie, Apple Pie, Sponge Cake, seasonal semifreddi but homemade Panettone and Easter cakes too, up to arrive to the typical biscuits of the Venetian tradition (as "i Zaetti", "i Buranei", "Lingue di gatto", "Sfogliatelle parigine", "Cantucci"). Even in the variants a basis of biological flours of Kamut and whole wheat. Some example are Plumcake of vanilla of bio kamut, "Sbrisolona" cake with whole wheat flour bio and without eggs and the Gioie (shortbreads with flour of bio kamut).
