At the edge of the Roman graticulate we can find an ancient tavern with thick walls, softened in the worn out plaster, warm, punctuated by the time. Vegetations, planted as gifts, flowery corners anf fragrant herbs. You can catch movements of little animals that, as idle guests, receive attention and love. Entering , fragments of frescoes evoke a past that has never been completely reveiled. In the large fireplace, the embers, buried by ashes, invite to the tasting of a rich tradition. Seasons always ruled the kitchen: here space and time defined themselves daily through exchanging of flavours and colours that lead to far away places
