WHY QUATTROVENTI? QuattroVenti was an ancient area of Palermo near the sea a few steps from where our restaurant is now born. Today Molo Quattroventi is the port area that collects the historical heritage of that area; for us it is an inspiration and the starting point for a new adventure. WHY COMFORT FOOD? Because it is that food that can console us. It is that dish that takes us back to childhood, or to a beautiful moment in our life. "Comfort" means consoling, comforting, but also pampering and gratifying. That's what we would like to do with our dishes. NOT TO BE MISSED?
