Our way of cooking is very much inspired by our families' cooking. We want our guests to feel welcome and at home. Because we believe that the basis of a good kitchen are good ingredients, we are always looking for the best products. When selecting our products, we use very precise criteria: biological and biodynamical businesses; small businesses that choose to assure excellent quality rather than to make easy money; respect for animals during the breeding process. Our selection of products is entirely Sicilian, with the (necessary) exception of a few basic Italian dining necessities... For instance, Parmesan.
