Hello Everyone, Benvenuti in Sicilia! This is the Island of the Sun, the ancient land of myths, history and legends. My name is Virginia and I'm a genuine Sicilian. I've studied Humanities, Languages and Art. I have a University Degree in Languages and Foreign Literature and a Phd in Medieval Art. I've lived abroad a number of times, in order to upgrade my English and French. I now live in Palermo, my beloved city, in which past and present collide rather than merge. Palermo is the capital of Sicily and it was the capital of many important reigning powers in the past. You can't miss a guided tour in one of the most attractive cultural Italian towns, and I think I could be the right guide for you! I'm a licensed and certified guide of Sicily, English, french and italian speaking languages. I am specialized for Palermo and its province, with more than 20 years professional experience in this field. However, I have never lost my passion for the job, and it's always a great pleasure for me to work with and meet so many different people from so many different countries of the world, all of them interested in discovering, through me, the splendid corners and historical monuments of Palermo, Cefalu and many other attractions. I'm completely flexible and able to offer personalized guided tours, also with a licensed driver who would pick you up at the port or at your hotel, even outside the city. I'm at your disposal to offer advice and organize your tours, based as much as possible on your own personal wishes.
