"Alla Villa" B&B is located in San Lazzaro, a quiet green area in the eastern part of Parma. The historical centre can be reached within minutes by car or bus, or with a 15-minute ride along the cycle path. "Alla Villa" B&B is a two-storey detached house surrounded by the green of Parma's residential countryside. The owners live on the ground floor, whilst the B&B itself is on the upper floor and has a separate entrance. The three double roomsall have en-suite bathroom, with shower, air conditioning, TV, wireless Internet connection, and plain furniture Breakfast often includes home-made cakes or freshly baked brioches, bread with jam and butter, and fruit juices. We do our best to grant other requests in order to please our guests. You can enjoy your breakfast or a chat in a cosy lounge, and a large lawn in front of the house is ideal for children to play or guests to relax. Our guests mainly appreciate the tranquillity we offer, especially at night, as our B&B is not located near busy roads or noisy clubs and bars. From this year, electric energy for the B&B is produced by a series of photovoltaic solar panels on the house's roof. It has been a considerable economic effort for us, but we believe in environmental sensitive tourism. Our dream is a nearly self-sufficient structure and this was our first step. In addition, at guests request, we serve organic breakfast at no extra charge. Our strength lies in the quality/price ratio. We have not raised our prices for several years now, and we feel it is appropriate to continue along this line considering the difficult economic stage we are going through. If you have the chance, we always welcome a preliminary visit before you actually decide to stay with us.
