A calm and peaceful atmosphere transforms this country house into a magical place where one can relax and can enjoy the private swimming pool and nearby Salsomaggiore's and Tabiano's thermal spas, vineyards and traditional Italian food. In the early 1900s, the farmhouse was named Cà Cremona, which was built as a share-cropping house by The Corazza Counts - a local noble landlord family. The mansion has been creatively renovated utilizing the original building materials such as: red bricks, wooden beams, baked clay and wrought iron. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and in the loft. Some bedrooms have on suites whilst others have a shared bathroom. The property is surrounded by a 3500m² private garden with open air swimming pool.
