The 200 acres estate is a wilderness area 20 minutes from Parma. Walking through the estate you can easily come across hare, pheasants and partridges and during the silence of the night you can hear owls and crickets. The nights of late Spring are lit by the presence of fireflies. A perfect environment for bicycle rides.The bailiff’s house was restored in 2009 and has become the farmhouse B&B. Particular care has been taken to safeguard the environment: solar panels are used for heating water and low energy consuming lightbulbs.The Rivalazzo Estate farmhouse B&B has 7 double bedrooms with on suite bathroom and independent heating. One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has access for dogowners. There is also a lounge with an open fireplace and a dining room. Prices from 70 to 120 euro per room (2 pp.) on. Groups up to 20 people are wellcome. Dinner only previous reservation possible.
