It is more than 50 years that we transform the milk of our farms into delicious Parmigiano Reggiano, butter and ricotta cheese. Il nostro parmigiano The Creamery Cooperative of Roncoscaglia takes its name from the village and the area were the creamery and farms are located. We are about 1,000 m above sea level in the town council of Sestola, in the deep Appenninio Tosco Emiliano. The environment is famous for the sweetness of the landscape and for the healthiness.
