In Umbria, green heart of Italy, six km from Assisi, there is a placed called, not by chance, Paradise (Paradiso). Placed at 650 m of altitude, it overlooks a vast landscape just north of the mount Subasio reserve, a place that S. Francis loved very much and in which many hermits used to live. From this position you can enjoy a 300° open view of the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennines mountain tops, from which the sun, every morning, blesses a new day.
