From the moment they started restoring the ancient monastery where they now live, they have been guided by an effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. By choosing local artisans and craftsmen as well as material recovered from old houses, they were able to restore the ancient glamour without renouncing to comfort, thus creating a mix of wondrous harmony between simple and welcoming internal rooms and an external almost unchanged environment.
