La Principessa Bed and Breakfast is a villa with a beautiful pine and oak garden on a hill near Perugia, in a scenic and peaceful setting. The B&B is located in the large wooded area covering the hill: paths and easy routes invite to outdoor activities and open spectacular views on Perugia, Assisi, Trasimeno Lake and the surrounding mountains. The old town of Perugia is 6 Km afar, the picturesque medieval hamlet of Corciano 4 Km, the major communication lines 2 Km. A few minutes away by car one can find tennis courts, golf, horseback riding, swimming pools, restaurants, cinema, shopping centers. Bus connection to the center of Perugia.
