This Holiday Home, dedicated to tourists and very comfortably furnished and equipped, came into being beside the shores of Lake Trasimeno, in the characteristic little village of San Savino.From the terraces of the house, you can admire an amazing view over the Polvese Island, one of the 3 Islands of Lake Trasimeno. The house overlooks the Natural Oasis “La Valle” which is situated right below the house.The ancient village of San Savino is set on the top of a hill overlooking the lake.Its triangular tower is distinctive and the surrounding walls of the historical centre go back to the year 300 AD and tell of the medieval battles between Perugia and Cortona.The village of San Savino is located in a strategic position given how easily one can reach the main artistic cities of both Umbria – like Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Spoleto, Spello – and Tuscany – like Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Montepulciano, Pienza and the whole Valdichiana area.
