We had been nourishing the idea of starting up an inn with food and wine for years, and each time we visited one we got excited about our hidden dream. Then time arrived to start looking for the right location first of all, that had to be in a very special position since our dream place had to be unique. Nothing like Via del Sole, overlooking the marvellous Corso Vannucci, the Fontana Maggiore and Palazzo dei Priori. And here we go, on March the 15th 2001 we ventured into wine and food: cozy location, excellent suffused music and real love for cuisine and wine: the core ingredients of our wine bar combined with delicious titbits.
