Citta Della Domenica
About
Città della Domenica is Italy’s pioneering family park, sprawling over 45 hectares of lush greenery in the hills above Perugia. Visitors are welcomed to explore walking paths, observe a diverse collection of local and exotic animals, and engage in hands‑on activities such as the famous Mungitura milking experience with our beloved cow Camilla. The park’s unique attractions—including the Bosco Parlante, a forest trail where trees whisper stories, and the enchanting Train of Wonder that rides visitors across the park—make it a memorable destination for families and nature lovers alike. During the festive season, the park transforms into a Christmas wonderland, featuring sparkling lights, a Santa’s Village, and special events like tombola beneficenza and nocturnal parades. Even outside the holiday period, guests can enjoy themed areas such as the Far West, Fiabe, and Rettilario, each offering educational workshops, animal encounters, and interactive storytelling. Tickets are simple and tiered: an adult entry costs €13.50, a child’s ticket (ages 3‑10) is €8.50, and children under three enter for free. The park opens daily from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, providing ample time to explore, learn, and enjoy the serene Perugian landscape.
