Dempsey's is a cozy little graffiti-adorned hole in the wall where Perugia locals and foreigners alike go to meet up with old friends, and to make new ones. We have one of the best selections of spirits in Perugia (especially whiskey and gin), a growing list of craft beers by the bottle, and of course, beers on tap (including Guinness, during the cold months :).
