Il Posto delle More restaurant proposes the popular Umbrian Cuisine. We make hand made pasta daily, like tagliatelle, gnocchi and umbricelli. Our dishes are made with products coming from our fields and from our semi-wild rearing of cattle, sheep, goats and pigs. We also produce ricotta and pecorino cheese, extra virgin olive oil, blackberry vinegar, fruit jams and preserves of tomatoes.
