Numero Zero is an innovative restaurant project, which alongside delicious, quality-conscious gourmet cuisine made from local and sustainable products, creates and promotes an important cultural change. 50% of the Numero Zero's staff, Umbria's first inclusive restaurant, is composed of people with mental disorders, dependent on territorial psychiatric services. The restaurant is located within a multifunctional space: the same venue that during the day houses the psychiatric day care center FuoriPorta and the studios of the inclusive radio station Stazione Panzana, at night, transforms into a real cultural center where, throughout the year take place different activities like encounters, music, theater, film screenings and workshops.
