My Cooking School with Accommodations is based in a typical stone farmhouse that dates back to 1600, where I spent my childhood and learned to cook from my grandmothers. Fully restored in 2020 with harmony, keeping all the old details while adding comfort and solidity and creating a charming and unique combination of old and modern. My cooking lessons are filled with the joy and passion that I bring to food, cooking, and the rest of my life. I believe that food reveals much about the land it comes from. When possible I like to start classes with a visit to local markets, butchers and gardens; followed by a hands-on lesson that guides you through the preparation of an entire meal and ends with enjoying what you just created.
