"Retreat in Equilibrio" is the yoga retreats program we offer at our retreat center in Italy. The program is chosen by teachers from around the world to host their retreat in Italy. It includes our eco-chic accommodation at Le Tortorelle farmhouse, healthy artisanal food cooked with love, great nature, a peaceful and well-equipped "Shala" (the yoga studio) and our collaboration to organise activities or day tours in Umbria.
