Located in an ancient medieval palace, the restaurant offer the best dishes of the umbrian traditional cooking with some innovation. We serve truffle, porcini mushrooms, chianina beef...all km zero and following the season. We made by ourself pasta, bread, dessert and some salumi. The service is careful and friendly and we are glade to have your animal. No problem if you need to eat gluten free: our menù is all available for you! In summer you can eat in the square in front of the restaurant where you can taste our food and admire the beautiful monument of Via dei Priori
