About

To talk about Sor Rico and what prompted us to produce wine, we need to start from the beginning, from a memory that dates back to the early 1900s when our family began producing wine. Subsequently, in the 1950s, our grandparents bought the land on which our Sor Rico was born, an Agricultural Company that we dedicated precisely to our grandfather whom everyone, in the village and in the countryside, called Sor Rico, "Mr. Enrico". In 2018 we built the new winery, which was born in the Marche hinterland just a few kilometers from the sea and about 50 kilometers from the Umbrian-Marchigiano Apennines. It was built below the ground level to have a very low impact on our beautiful area, it exploits the natural insulation and the constant temperature of the subsoil to keep the temperature stable throughout the year.
