La Quercia BioAgriturismo is located only 5 km from the sea with complete southern exposure in a splendid location between the sea and the mountains, organic olive groves and vineyards. The structure was conceived around the idea of an eco-compatible life and has a windmill, a cistern for collecting rainwater and a solar panel system for producing hot water.Far from roads, highways, all types of industrial and civil structures and from sound and light pollution, its sunny southern exposure and the fabulous view of the sea and mountains are aspects that are the first step towards a healthy vacation at a farm where guests who are looking for rest and harmony, in contact with nature, will not be disappointed. The main building where the rooms are located is made entirely of unreinforced masonry thus avoiding the use of pillars made from reinforced concrete and the formation of damaging magnetic fields that disturb a person's balance and harmony. The ventilated wood roof is insulated with wood fiber panels that are free of glue to avoid the release of damaging toxic substances and free of asphalt-based sheathing that stop the building from breathing and stop the absorption of nocturnal cosmic radiation which is known to be healthy for a good night's rest and recharge for all living beings.
