Located in front of the main entrance of the Clinicized S.S. Annunziata (you just need to cross the road) and 150 m from the Gabriele d'Annunzio University, our B & b is among the first born in our province. Our structure is connected with Pescara, the center of Chieti and various extra-urban lines with stops located right in front of the B & b. The guest, in addition to the careful cleaning of the rooms, can rely on that availability and that familiar warmth that has always distinguished us starting from a rich breakfast with homemade cakes in the large common area. In constant evolution to better satisfy our guests we are creating a large panoramic terrace where graduation parties can also be organized.
