Market was born from the passion of an entrepreneur from Pescara for MADE IN ABRUZZO and thanks to the synergy with the most important local producers. All our dishes are designed following tradition and, when possible, are revisited to offer a new taste experience that we have called CONTEMPORARY TRADITION. Our pastas are made LIKE ONCE, dusting off those genuine flavors that only our grandmothers knew how to give us. We look for the best local meats and we process them in our laboratory with respect for the raw material and the roots of this land.
