The house that border on the "Strada Parco" of Pescara offers quiet and tranquillity of a house out of Pescara and Montesilvano, but it is near the center of the towns and easy to reach from the motorway, the railway station and airport. Just opposite our B&B at approximately 150 metres, crossing pinewood, you will arrive at the sea where you can rent beach umbrellas or simply bask in the sun on the free beach.
