La Calla Room and Breakfast provides comfortable accommodation, completely renovated in June 2016 with welcoming and relaxing rooms. It has functional communal spaces and restored furniture. Breakfast is included and kitchens are available to guests. The building is situated in the heart of Piamaggio, a hamlet that is small and quiet, but with everything you need. There are two renowned restaurants within 100 metres: one with typical local dishes and the other with fish. Nearby there are a further two cafés, a bakery with all the local delicacies and a grocery shop. During the summer there are many village fêtes with local produce and entertainment! The accommodation can be found exactly halfway between two magnificent cities of history and art, Bologna and Florence, which need no introduction. At the same time the position is perfect for wandering in the wonderful Apennine woods and relaxing and getting away from the heat and chaos of the city. It is a strategic location for walks, bike rides or trips by motorbike, and we are on a route that is well-known by cycling and motorbike enthusiasts. The well-known Tuscan-Emilian Apennine town of Monghidoro is only three kilometres away, where it is possible to find products for every eventuality and visit the bountiful market on Thursdays.
