Do not miss the traditional recipe soup "beard", with plenty of addition of mushrooms and gravy.To conclude the meal nicely you can enjoy their homemade desserts carefully which bunnet, Creme caramel, panna cotta, charlotte creole and strudel.Il vecchio CRAL di borgata Turina, con oltre 30 anni di storia e una fama di posto da funghi, accoglie l’ospite in un ambiente affascinante e ricco di ricordi.Le due salette, una con tanto di caminetto a legna, si abbinano benissimo alla cucina semplice e saporita, curata da Corrado, socio proprietario e cuoco.La griglia sempre accesa lascia immaginare le specialità che vengono cucinate: quaglie, salsiccia, costolette d’agnello, fettine di pollo, vitello, maiale, filetto, trancio di salmone e trota di valle.Per i primi si va dagli gnocchi alla bava, al riso con i funghi, passando dalle tagliatelle ma senza tralasciare gli agnolotti della casa. Da non perdere la tradizionale ricetta della “zuppa barbetta”, con abbondante aggiunta di funghi e sugo di carne.Per concludere piacevolmente il pasto si possono assaporare dolci rigorosamente di produzione casalinga quali Bunnet, Creme caramel, panna cotta, charlotte creole e strudel.
