Ristorante Il Sigillo invites guests to savor modern Piemontese cuisine in the heart of Revello’s medieval village of Staffarda. Nestled among historic stone walls, the restaurant offers an expansive dining room, three intimate salons, and a sun‑drenched, climate‑controlled veranda overlooking the surrounding hills and the iconic Monviso. Chef Alberto Demaria prepares seasonal tasting menus—an everyday ‘Menù turistico’ at €25 and a weekend ‘Menù degustazione’ at €38—built around fresh ingredients sourced from the on‑site farm, ‘La Vedetta’, and the adjoining Enoteca. Beyond cuisine, Il Sigillo is a destination for celebrations. The ancient ‘Forestería’, with its vaulted Gothic ceilings, can host up to 250 guests for weddings, corporate events, or aperitifs, while the Bar & Enoteca offers a curated selection of local wines and artisanal snacks. Guests can enjoy a leisurely lunch from 12:30 pm, a dinner from 8:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and the bar is open daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
