Green & go! it's a new concept of healthy eating. Born as a takeaway salad where you can compose your favorite salad with 3 simple steps: 1. Choose your salad base from: couscous-farro-salad gentilina- mixed salad or basmati rice, and sometimes quinoa or whole red rice or organic wholemeal pasta .. 2. add your ingredients to over 50 toppings that vary with the seasons and include raw or cooked vegetables, animal or vegetable proteins, locally produced fresh dairy products, fresh or dried fruit, classic or special condiments. Each ingredient has a cost ranging from € 0.25 to € 1.50. 3. & go! : choose where to enjoy your personalized Salad (in the shop, in the square, at the seaside, in the office, in the boat, at the park ...) Also from Green & go! you can find seasonal vegetable velvets, soups, fruit salads or baskets of fresh fruit, centrifuged espresse of fruit or vegetables, fresh yogurt with muesli, fresh fruit and fair trade jams and many packaged products to enjoy at home.
