The Le terrazze Residence is a structure situated in a very pleasant position. It is within a walking distance by the beautiful and famous beach of Follonica town charactherised by the white sand. It is a free beach, you do not have to pay anything to stay and join the sea. In the close walking area there are many kind of shops where you can buy whatever you want. On the other side of the road there is a green area with a big park where you can have relax and spend a plesant afternoon. This park is also a leasuring place, it offers a mini golf, a Pizza restaurant, an Ice Cream shop, and a playing area for children. The residence is close to the urban area and the centre is just 300 mt , the pharmacy is just 200 mt and the rail station is 800 mt by us. Our Residence is a modern and very safe structure. Is composed by 25 apartments equipped with any comfort and with large equipped terraces: Flat TYPE A We have 2/4 bed sits flats with: living room, a two bedsits sofa, and cooking area, a double room with two beds, terrace, a private bathroom with shower. Flat TYPE B We offer threelocal flats with 6 bedsits: livign room, two bedsits sofa and cooking area, two double rooms, terrace and private bathroom with shower.
