The property is located 15 km from Portoferraio and just a few minutes drive from the famous beaches of the southeast coast such as Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, Barabarca, overlooking the beautiful bay of Mola, only 1 km from Porto Azzurro and 5 km from Capoliveri. The Residence is the ideal place for family holidays as well as for nature and sports lovers, as it is an excellent starting point for all the activities . The property is located opposite the Bay of Mola, a natural harbour virtually protected from all winds, with a buoy field that serves as anchorage from May to October, for boats up to 16m. Thanks to the Pet-Friendly Policy, our apartments -some with fenced outdoor space– are ideal for those who want to spend a wonderful holiday with their pets: just 100metres away from the „Dog Beach“ on Elba while dogs are allowed also on other beautiful and nearby beaches around Capoliveri.
