Each dish presented in this region of Italy, whatever the chef’s culinary style or the type cuisine offered, is and expression of hospitality towards those who are about to taste it. The Restaurant of Salvapiano presents all its proposals with the aim to express the wish its guests had a sensory experience that last in their memories. The Chef and his entire staff are always looking for recipes and combinations to offer new emotions and sensations. The dishes are almost entirely prepared with raw materials both produced in our own garden and from local farms and wines from Montesolaio are offered.
