Villa Denise is a new Summer house in Tuscany , ideal to spend your holidays or to enjoy a beach vacation. We are located in Campiglia Marittima (LI), a wonderful medieval town full of traditions and known for its olive oil and wine production. The Villa Denise Summer House is a small and very quiet facility where you will feel on holiday but at the same time at home, as you will be warmly received and looked after by Patrizia and Denise. Far from the city bustle, you will enjoy, in full relax, the sight of the tuscan hills that overlook the Gulf of Baratti: a sea view is available from all our apartments and the villa is surrounded by the green slopes covered with olive trees and vineyards. Villa Denise has a swimming pool (10×5 m) with a big solarium equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, a barbecue is also at your disposal to cook fisch or the delicious chianina meat, typical from this area. A private parking space is free for the cars of the apartment complex. The facility has also various terraces that will lead you in a pleasant walk to discover new, quiet corners where you can read your book or just lie out in the sun.
