Functional, modern, renovated in 2019, cutely decorated paying attention to details. It houses 3 apartments and can sleep up to 11 adults. The apts are self-contaiend, each with wi-fi, linens, mosquito nets, air con, private outdoor spaces with table and chairs. High chairs and cots for babies are freely provided. Studio Ulivo for 2 adults It is a small, tastefully furnished apartment (18 sq. m.) with air con, perfectly functional for a couple's stay. The living area has a French bed, TV, open wardrobe, foldaway table with stools, kitchenette (no oven) with fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the needed items for cooking. The bathroom has marble finishes and is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Outside the apartment has a courtyard shaded by an imposing olive tree, where table, chairs and deck chairs are placed for relaxing. 2-Bedrooms Apartment Limone for 4 adults It is an apartment of nearly 45 sq. m., consisting of 2 spacious air-conditioned rooms with wardrobes, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. The living room has a kitchenette ( no oven, no dishwasher), fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and the needed cooking items, table, chairs and TV. All rooms have mosquito nets and very large windows that make for a welcoming and bright space, albeit fresh thanks to the massive walls of the original building. The bathroom has marble finishes, a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. 3 steps from the living area lead outdoor to a romantic, private courtyard covered by a gazebo where table, chairs, bbq and sun loungers are for guests' use only. 2-Bedrooms Apartment Aloe for 5 adults With its 50 sq. m. Aloe is the largest apartment in Villa Fiore's. It consists of a large bedroom with a single bed, a double bed and an open wardrobe, a second and spacious bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a picturesque living area surrounded by large windows overlooking majestic eucalyptus trees and aloe, and finally a large bathroom with a shower box 130x90, sink, bidet and toilet. All rooms are bright and air conditioned except for the bathroom, the bedrooms are also equipped with mosquito nets. The living area has a kitchenette complete with oven (no dishwasher), fridge, freezer, table, chairs, TV, kettle and the needed cooking items. From this room guests can access the outdoor private area with table, chairs, bbq and sun loungers. Our guests can take advantage of special rates on ferry tickets and discounts if renting sunbeds at Bagni Padulella (3 mins walking from our villa).
