The Pizzeria Il Corsaro Nero was born out of a passion for cuisine and, in particular, for pizza. Our pizzaiolo has many years of experience in the industry, including international experience. Our philosophy is based on using high-quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers and paying attention to every detail. The pizza dough undergoes long fermentation and is made with carefully selected, high-quality flours. It is baked in a wood-fired oven using beechwood seasoned for at least 8 months, giving the pizza a unique and unmistakable flavor. The result is a fragrant, light, and highly digestible pizza. Our menu offers a wide selection of classic and gourmet pizzas, as well as special pizzas made with seasonal ingredients. In addition to pizza, we also offer a selection of appetizers and desserts. Our pizzeria is the perfect place for a family dinner or an evening with friends.
